I have been looking for a new Gynecologist since I moved to Toms River 5 years ago. I did my homework and looked up and read all reviews on several Gynecologists in and around my area. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Benecki's office back in November 2025. They scheduled me for March 2026. I filled out all my medical papers, sent them. I was set for my visit. I arrived today, my scheduled appointment and gave the receptionist my name. She looked dazed and confused. She said we do not have your name. I stated I booked this appointment 3 months ago. She continued to look and finally found my name and said "Oh here you are, we canceled that appointment because we never received your paperwork. I was never contacted to communicate they canceled my appt. I know I sent my paperwork because I received a confirmation on my computer stating it went through to office months ago. The receptionist was not helpful at all. I was very upset, but I asked if I could make another appt? She stated "No , I'm sorry , she is not taking any new patients right now. But I already had an appt. She just said why don't you try back in April. I stated, if I call back in April will I be able to get an appt. Her response was, No, she's very busy. This was the most unprofessional and unwelcoming experience I ever had. Not even to try to reschedule me when they never contacted me to state they canceled the appt. Extremely disappointed with this experience. I can't say much about Dr. Benecki because I never met her, but I am hoping she sees this review and speaks to her receptionist and staff to be a bit more professional and accommodating to rectify these issues when scheduling appts.

OMG! Dr. Benecki is the best so sweet. This past week was the second time I saw her. I have to say you do not feel rushed, she is so it's easy to talk to. Dr. Benecki does not jump right into the examination. She reviews your last appointment Anyone I spoke to that has gone to her I'm finding the same reaction. One woman I briefly spoke to while waiting in her office told me she looks forward to her visits with the doctor. I mentioned Dr. Benecki to the woman from scheduling and she said "I love her she is so nice."

Most thorough medical history and physical examination I have had in years - completely focused on her patient - not her computer screen. Would highly recommend this doctor to all women looking for a refreshing change

I love this office. Dr. Benecki is always thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains everything clearly, and answers all of my questions. Whenever I call to make an appointment or visit the office, Dennis at the front desk is wonderful, always friendly and efficient.

Rare to find a doctor that takes the time to listen and talk to you but Dr. Benecki does just that. Glad I decided to switch here.

I wish that I could have more female doctors like Dr Benicki. She listens to what you need to ask her. Dr Benicki does not rush you. Dr Benecki explains everything to you.

I had a 8:20am appointment and actually got taken into the room at 9:05am. I was out of the office by 9:30am. Dr Benecki is usually on time, but she admitted she was late coming into the office. I would still recommend her. However, the parking at her office building in Brick is almost impossible to find a close parking space.
